2. Services and scope
We offer the services described on the Services page.
The scope, price, included revisions and delivery date of each project are set in the chosen plan or in the proposal we send you.
The prices published on the site are for reference. Prices may vary depending on each client's situation and requirements.
3. Prices and payments
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- For one-time projects, we charge 50 % upfront as a deposit and the other 50 % when the work is finished. If the project is canceled, we refund the amount corresponding to the services not yet delivered.
- We accept bank transfers and, in some cases, cryptocurrency, by agreement. We do not accept card payments at this time.
- International transfer fees are paid by the client.
4. Monthly services
Monthly services (Social media and Paid advertising) are paid by bank transfer at the end of each month, after the month of work.
The ad budget (what is paid to Meta, Google or TikTok) is not included: you pay it separately, directly to each platform.
Late payments: if we do not receive payment within 5 days of its due date, the service is paused until you are up to date.
Cancellation: you can cancel in writing (by WhatsApp or email) with 15 days’ notice before the end of the current month. The month worked is charged.
5. Third-party costs paid by the client
These costs are not included in our prices and you pay them directly to each provider:
- Hosting and domain.
- Ad budget.
- Tool licenses (for example, Zapier, Make or n8n).
- Your CRM subscription (for example, GoHighLevel).
- Sending SMS and WhatsApp messages.
6. Independent specialists
Some services are carried out by independent specialists under the coordination of Aumenta Más. Aumenta Más coordinates each project and is your point of contact. To do their work, the specialists receive the project data they need.
How we handle that data is explained in the Privacy notice.
7. What we need from you
To meet the agreed dates, we need you to send us on time the materials (texts, images, logos), access to your accounts and tools, and your feedback and approvals. The delivery date also depends on this.
8. Ownership of the work
The deliverable is the property of the client once it has been paid in full. Third-party licenses (stock images, plugins, fonts) and our tools and methodology are excluded. We may show the project in our portfolio.
9. Use in our portfolio
We may show the work we did for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
10. Results
We work to make your project succeed, but we do not guarantee specific figures for sales, clients, followers or Google rankings, because they also depend on factors we do not control, such as the market, the platforms and your budget.
11. Referral links
On some pages we recommend Hostinger with a referral link. Signing up is optional and you pay Hostinger directly. Referral link: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
12. Limitation of liability
Aumenta Más is liable for the contracted service up to the amount paid by the client for that service. It does not guarantee business results (leads, sales, reach or rankings). It is not liable for changes to or suspensions of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, hosting, Cal.com), or for materials provided by the client. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct (dolo).
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These texts are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Puebla, Puebla, without prejudice to going to the competent authorities.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date.
